Diaphoreolis flavovulta (MacFarland, 1966)

Diaphoreolis flavovulta, common name yellow-head cuthona, is a species of sea slug, an aeolid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Fionidae. This species was described from inner Monterey Bay, California, United States.

The ceratal cores are dark green to brown and their surface is covered with white spots. It differs from Tenellia fulgens who lacks yellow on the head and has yellow bands at the tips of the cerata.
