Eubranchus conicla (Er. Marcus, 1958)
The body is elongated, the rhinophores smooth and the oral tentacles short. The few cerata are tuberous and arranged in two simple rows. The basic color is translucent gray or brown with numerous white dots. Rhinophores and oral tentacles are sometimes ringed with brown. The cerata are white, sometimes with brown or green spots. The very small slug is a maximum of 5mm in size and is therefore often overlooked.
This species has been described from Ubatuba and Ilhabela, São Paulo State, Brazil.
As food specialists, members of the genus feed on certain hydrozoans. Nothing is known about the exact diet of Eubranchus conicla.
