Pharia pyramidata (Gray, 1840)

This species is a large five-armed sea star, with long tubular arms, lavender to brown base colour covered in yellow-green spots which leave a clear line down the center of each arm. Can be found in coral reefs and rocky reefs.

Similar to the Blue Sea star Phataria unifascialis.
