Verbreitung
Eastern Pacific: Kodiak Island, Alaska to Santa Barbara Island, southern California, USA.

Found in intertidal areas, especially in tide pools.
May remain out of the water under rocks or seaweeds.
Feeds on small crustaceans and mollusks.
Pairs are found coiled around egg masses. Breathes air when out of water.
