The Common Biscuit Star Pentagonaster pulchellus is common in shallow water. Pentagonaster pulchellus usually have 5 arms, but specimen with 4 or 6 arms were also found.Very variable colour and pattern.The colour ranging from cream to brick red,ringed with white or cream.This seastar is a scavenger.
