Neoclinus stephensae, the Yellowfin fringehead, is a species of chaenopsid blenny found in the north-eastern Pacific ocean. Yellowfin fringehead occurs in rocks and bays near jetties, usually found in empty shells and holes.
The caudal fin is yellow. Jaw extends past eye, cirri above eyes. The dorsal fin is uniform in height, the body long and slender. Body colour varies to match habitat, but usually with a purplish head.
