Rostanga pulchra MacFarland, 1905

Rostanga pulchra has a sponge-like appearance. The body colour is orange-red. Its feed on red sponges, such as Acarnus,Esperiopsis,Ophlitaspongia, and Plocamia.
Lives and feeds mainly on the velvety red sponge Ophlitaspongia pennata.

The flatworm Notoplana acticola hunts Rostanga pulchra. This nudibranch is commonly known as "Red Sponge Doris".
